Signing up for any of our payment services? We offer a variety of payment and billing options designed to meet the needs of every customer.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
The City of Peterborough offers a free Pre-Authorized Payment Plan that allows you to automatically pay your water bill from your chequing or savings account. The payment is withdrawn on the bill’s due date, so you never have to worry about late fees or lost cheques. To enroll, simply email a void cheque or direct deposit form to waterservices@peterborough.ca and include your account number or service address.

Online Banking
You can pay your bill through telephone or online banking. To do so, add Peterborough Utilities – Water as the payee. Some financial institutions may list us as PUG Services Corp or PUC. If you're unable to find our name, please contact your financial institution for assistance. You’ll need your six-digit City of Peterborough account number to complete the payment.

Pay your Bill by Credit Card
You can pay your bill with Mastercard or Visa online through KUBRA EZ-Pay or by calling toll free at 1-866-201-0341 (Please note there is a convenience fee of 1.75% of your payment). You will require your City of Peterborough six digit account number and mailing address postal code.
